Our rally is a sporting highlight for many – but for you as local residents, it primarily means temporary restrictions in your daily routine.
We are fully aware that road closures, altered traffic routes and the event itself may cause inconvenience.
For this, we would like to sincerely ask for your understanding – and at the same time thank you for your patience and support.
An event like this would not be possible without you.
Personal Information for Residents
If you live directly along one of the special stages, we will of course keep you well informed.
Several weeks before the rally, you will receive a personal residents’ information letter including:
- The exact route of the special stages
- All relevant road closure times
- Contact details of a dedicated contact person
- Further important information regarding the event
This way, you will know well in advance what to expect.
We Take Responsibility Seriously
As organizers, we carry great responsibility – and we take it very seriously.
✔ Close coordination with municipalities and authorities
The route of the liaison sections and special stages is closely coordinated with the municipalities and officially approved by the responsible authorities.
✔ Technical scrutineering of all vehicles
Every rally vehicle undergoes a thorough technical inspection before the start, including checks of:
- Roadworthiness
- Compliance with permitted noise limits
Any violations are strictly sanctioned.
✔ Clear rules for all participants
All competitors are explicitly required to:
- Respect speed limits
- Drive responsibly in public traffic
- Strictly comply with all traffic regulations
Violations are penalized by the organizer. Additionally, infringements in public traffic may be prosecuted by the police.
✔ Safety is our top priority
Comprehensive safety measures are implemented to ensure the highest possible level of safety for:
- Residents
- Spectators
- Officials and marshals
- Participants
- Media
✔ Post-event inspection and clean-up
Immediately after the event, we personally inspect all routes.
Any dirt or debris will be removed, and any damage will be settled as quickly as possible.
Should we overlook anything, we kindly ask you to inform us.
